I started out a casual player on Blackhand. Leveled to 60 in vanilla, did maybe 2 Molten Core raids. Then I leveled to 70, farmed Karazhan. Re-rolled over to Darkspear, leveled to 70 and raided all through Sunwell. Wrath came out, I leveled to 80, farmed everything up to the last 2 bosses in Ulduar. Quit about 3 weeks ago. I was one of the first and only priests on Darkspear to be full 8/8 Tier 6.

Before quitting, I had taken a month hiatus from raiding anyway, so the final decision wasn't too hard. I live in a boring town, but I'd rather watch TV or a movie then play WoW.

My guild leader is the reason I re-rolled and raided. I worked with him (and Stop, though he played on a different server). Funny thing is that now that I don't work there or play WoW, the guild leader doesn't contact me often.
