so is the intent that people post individual intro threads, post intro's in a single thread, or other?

intent seems to be for individual threads, but the brain trust kind of threw me off with the apparent intro post in someone else's thread.

if it's still undecided, i vote for individual threads (easier to see a list of names that way)
