$15 a month was too much to blow away on something that was supposed to be fun. Our maintank like to call poor performance out on vent, and when he mentioned me, I stopped caring and started playing X-Box while raiding. They were going to ask me to step down as a raider, so I quit. I had been working too much and missed about 3 weeks of raids anyway.

WoW strained past relationships, hurt grades in college, and consumed too much of my free time. It was supposed to be fun, but people treat it like a job and revolve all plans around making scheduled raids. It was rediculous. I cannot even begin to explain how much my health has improved in the last few months.

You pay 15$ a month for a game, it ends up being a 2nd job, no matter how much time you put in, you'll always be behind a bunch of losers who spend all their free time playing the game anyways.
Shit like raiding got repetitive and boring. PvP was always lackluster, people had no motivation to go out and crushinate the competition, and there was no consequences in pvp either. No trade
off for having your ass handed to you. Also, flying mounts killed pvp. So PvE was the main reason I quit. That shit made pvp stupid.

i was tired of paying for a game that felt more like work than fun.
